Ramsey Landing is one of the newer neighborhoods on the north side of Rincon. Smith Family Homes has been building here, and the newer phase offers two-story plans with four to six bedrooms on lots of a quarter acre and up. Builder plans run from about 2,300 to more than 4,100 square feet, and resale listings show homes built from 2019 to 2023.
A two-story house that size has large roof planes, and on a young house the gutter setup is worth a hard look. We look for runs that are too small for the roof above them, sections the builder left off, and downspouts that empty right against the foundation. Fixing those now with new gutter installation is a lot cheaper than repairing what water does over ten years.

Wooded Lots Near Ebenezer Creek
Many Ramsey Landing lots are wooded, from about half an acre up to 0.85 acre, and the neighborhood has access to Ebenezer Creek. The trees that make it a nice place to live also drop leaves, pine straw and seed pods straight into the gutters.
